Unfortunately, the Corona situation at the time did not allow for an event to mark the anniversary. We, the local community of Oberhonnefeld-Gierend, are now going to make up for this and of course it makes sense to do so within the framework of the Burfest. Therefore, we invite you to the playground in Gierend on the 1st weekend in July. On Saturday evening, after the tapping of the barrel, live music with the party band California awaits the guests in the tent. On Sunday, the Westerwald Orchestra Oberlahr will play for the morning pint. In the afternoon, the Gierender Backfrauen will again be offering homemade cakes and there will be a puppet theatre for the children.
