Nina Engel was able to engage Vera-Apel-Jösch, a speaker who has achieved something very special. Vera Apel-Jösch is 63 years old and not a sports fanatic, but crossing the Alps on foot has always been a dream of hers. So she trained for half a year and set out in September 2022. Alone - on foot from Mittenwald in Bavaria to Merano in Italy. She wrote down her experiences and thoughts afterwards. The text is often humorous, but also spiritual. Apel-Jösch would especially like to encourage other women to leave familiar paths and dare something new. On 26 April, she will read from her book. Afterwards, the audience will have the opportunity to discuss her book with her, and the lecture will be accompanied by a photo show.
