As a special event not only in the accordion scene, the Akkordeonale celebrates its comeback after 3 years of pandemic breakout with the instrument of unlimited possibilities: Accordion at its best!
The programme full of sparkling temperament, esprit and poetry is a single declaration of love to the extraordinary surprise box.
With Slovenian soul, powerful and subtle, masterful French keyboard magic, African-tinged chansons about life, diatonic baroque chocolates with foot bass and bagpipes as well as Dutch sound aesthetics, cello unconventional and a moderation with cult status.
Pulsating alternations of solos and ensemble pieces and exciting interactions between the musicians* are at the heart of every Accordionale.
As different as the personalities, cultural backgrounds and playing styles may be - the common language of music creates a lively understanding that does not care about borders and dividing lines.
A talent for improvisation, spontaneity and fun at the joint concert allow the musical richness of each and every one of them to give rise to something new that has never been heard before.
