Herbal tour with GGB health advisor Mathilde Sailer What is growing on our doorstep, in the meadow, on a walk? Together we explore our immediate surroundings. Many herbs by the wayside stand unnoticed and yet they can lead us to a special taste experience. Many of them also have medicinal properties. Together we will collect herbs and the course leader will give an introduction to herbal medicine. In addition, there will be a small sample from the natural cuisine. Duration: approx. 3 hours.
