For all those who are looking for a day of shared practice and exchange on the topics of self-care, mindfulness and serenity.
Topic of the mindfulness day: rhythm of life
By freely associating with concepts and creating with colours, shapes and materials, our thoughts can focus entirely on conscious action in the present moment. We are fully present and experience the harmony of body, mind and soul. We can playfully enter new spaces of experience in which new possibilities open up for us.
The programme of the mindfulness days is always the same, but the content varies on each day:
Arrive: Relax and get to know the group and the topic of the day.
Come to rest: We get in the mood for the day with meditation or yoga.
Practice, mind and soul: We dedicate ourselves to the topic with exercises and dialogue
Body: we move together
Conclusion: In a final round together, we reflect on what we have experienced.
Seminar takes place in German language!
