The Advent city tour costs €5.00 for adults and is free of charge for children up to the age of 12. Please pay the participation fee on site to Mrs Ueckerseifer.
Wisserlandtouristik has been offering various city tours since this year.
Now, for the first time, there are also pre-Christmas group tours in the beautiful city centre of Wissen.
Tour guide Dagmar Ueckerseifer offers her guided tour
"Lichterglanz Wissen"
on 3 dates during Advent to show participants the beautifully illuminated city centre at dusk - with interesting information, historical background knowledge and stories from the city.
The 2-hour guided tours take place on 6, 8 and 15 December at 16:00.
The meeting point is the tourist information office in the Wissen RegioBahnhof railway station, from where the tour takes you on a pleasant walk through the town centre.
The development of Wissen from a settlement to a town, destruction during the Second World War, where the Gerichtsstraße got its name from and where the directors' villas are located are just some of the stops on this entertaining tour.
