WINE TASTING IN THE RAIFFEISENHAUS FLAMMERSFELD
The Mayschoß-Altenahr winegrowers' co-operative, the oldest winegrowers' co-operative in the world, presents its top wines in the garden of the Raiffeisenhaus Flammersfeld.
The garden around the Raiffeisenhaus is transformed into a very special kind of wine get-together. Immerse yourself in the world of Ahr wine and enjoy a variety of exquisite wines. You can also look forward to the presence of a wine queen and experience the motto "Wine Tasting Experience" at first hand. The Weyerbusch Bread Association will also be offering fresh Raiffeisen bread from its mobile bakery. At lunchtime, you will be spoilt with delicious tarte flambée from the Raiffeisenhaus bakery. On this day, you are welcome to visit the Raiffeisenhaus and the temporary exhibition of the Mayschoss-Altenahr e.G. winegrowers' co-operative.
After the flood disaster in July 2021, the Ahr Valley has begun to rebuild itself. Under the motto of F.W. Raiffeisen "What one cannot do alone, many can", the oldest winegrowers' cooperative looks positively to the future and would like to bring you closer to its history in the exhibition. Join us for this eventful day full of enjoyment and community.
