Detailed description
Already in November, the season begins for the Kaiser family, who have been cultivating Christmas trees for the holidays for three generations. It all started in Elkenroth, where Alfons Kaiser grew the first blue spruces as Christmas trees for later sale. Son Karl-Heinz Kaiser and now also his sons Fabian and Simon are now based in Luckenbach near Hachenburg and share a passion for Christmas trees, which are undeniably seen as a symbol of the Advent and Christmas season and experience high demand in the weeks leading up to the holiday. The Christmas tree cultures are located in Luckenbach and Malberg and even in Willingen, not far from Fuchskaute, the highest peak of the Westerwald. Regionality and quality are increasingly important to Christmas tree buyers today, the Kaisers know. Therefore, they not only offer Westerwald trees for direct purchase but also have saws ready at special cultures so that customers can cut down their favorite tree themselves. This can become a true Advent experience, with the scent of mulled wine in the air and a lovely memory photo taken on the decorated XXL sled. The Kaiser family also offers special Christmas parties in nature for companies. After the joint tree-cutting action, a goulash cannon and drinks await the participants.
Nordmann firs are clearly the star among Christmas trees. Each tree is carefully inspected and tended to several times a year so that the Westerwald fir can become a really beautiful Christmas tree.
