Innovative, progressive, close to the people - the municipality of Hachenburg, created in 1972, stands for targeted economic and tourism promotion, good training facilities and unbureaucratic civic policy. Growth in the number of new companies and the population impressively demonstrates the importance of the association municipality in the Westerwald region.
In 1985, the tourist functions were transferred from the 33 local municipalities to the association municipality. The modern Hachenburger Westerwald Tourist Information Office is located in the heart of the town of Hachenburg, Alter Markt 4-6. - Processing guest inquiries by phone, email and in person at the tourist information office
- Booking hotels, vacation apartments and city tours via various booking systems
- Active involvement in promoting our vacation region and supporting the team in managing the website and social media channels such as Instagram and TikTok #hachenburgwesterwald
- Creation and design of print media such as brochures and flyers
- Representation of the Hachenburg Westerwald vacation region at trade fairs
- Supporting the team with creative ideas
