The reason for this is renovation work.
The hiking trails affected by the closure are the WesterwaldSteig, Wiedweg, European long-distance hiking trail 1 (E1), main hiking trail 4 and the northern loop of the 7 Weiher hiking trail. All paths are signposted on site via a detour and are still accessible. The viewing tower at Dreifelder Weiher can also still be used. We ask all visitors for their understanding.
