Newly published: Brochures on hiking and cycling in the Westerwald now available

Westerwald Touristik-Service is pleased to announce the publication of three new brochures that will delight hiking and cycling enthusiasts alike. These publications offer comprehensive information and updated content on the wide range of outdoor activities in the Westerwald.

1st combination flyer "Hiking and cycling in the Westerwald"

The popular combination flyer has been revised and reissued. The cycling and hiking trails of the entire geographical Westerwald are shown on two detailed overview maps. They provide information on starting and finishing points, route lengths, altitude profiles and the type of route (circular or long-distance route). The hiking map contains information on long-distance hiking trails such as the WesterwaldSteig, the Wiedweg and the Druidensteig as well as day and circular hiking trails, the Wäller Touren, and the Kleine Wäller walking trails.

2nd brochure "Stage hikes in the Westerwald - WesterwaldSteig, Druidensteig & Wiedweg"

This brochure, published for the second time, combines the three certified long-distance hiking trails in the Westerwald. It symbolizes the close cooperation between the districts of Altenkirchen, Neuwied, Westerwaldkreis and Lahn-Dill-Kreis. The brochure offers a user-friendly fold-out overview map and detailed information on each stage. Each day's stage is presented on a page with a map, parking options, route profile and highlights. In addition, a QR code for the tour planner provides hikers with detailed information on places to stop for refreshments and overnight accommodation as well as other places of interest.

3rd brochure "Hiking and walking in the Westerwald - day and circular hiking trails"

This new edition is aimed at circular and day hikers as well as walkers. It contains detailed descriptions of the Kleine Wäller and Wäller tours. New routes such as the Wäller Tour Vom Teufelsberg zur Caaner Schweiz and the Wäller Tour Grubenwanderweg Brachbach are presented.

The brochures are available free of charge from the Westerwald Tourist Service and can be ordered online at www.westerwald.info/tosc5/prospekte.

The Westerwald Touristik-Service invites all nature and outdoor enthusiasts to use the new brochures to discover and experience the region's diverse hiking and cycling opportunities.
