Kleeberg farm

Detailed description

The Kleeberg farm, first mentioned in a document in 1377, is one of the few historical farms in the Westerwald where agriculture is still actively practiced today. Christian Haas, along with his family, cultivates around 240 hectares of grassland and arable land in the third generation. An important part of the operation is the beef cattle farming with the Limousin and Charolais breeds, whose high-quality meat is sold in the farm's own store.

Meat packages starting from 10 kg can be purchased by pre-order. Individual pieces are, of course (subject to availability), available as frozen goods in the farm shop.
In addition to beef production and the sausages, which are also produced by the involved butcher, chickens in small group housing are part of the regional farm offer.

The attached farm shop has been in existence since 1998.
Here, the own products such as
eggs, potatoes, fruit spreads, apple juice, meat and sausage products can be found, as well as pasta, flour, and honey from regional partners (cash payment)
Chickens, ducks, turkeys, and geese expand the attractive range. Pre-ordering is recommended for poultry

During the pre-Christmas season, the Christmas tree sales complement the range.
