We will be happy to welcome you personally on arrival and familiarize you with the apartment and the locking system.
We use an automatic door lock for the main entrance door. With a code that is personalized for you, consisting of 6 numbers, you gain access to the main entrance door. The apartment door of the holiday apartment is opened with a key/lock cylinder.
The parking lot is right in front of the front door and is at your disposal.
Arrival and departure times can be arranged individually. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, departure is no later than 11:30 a.m. on the day of departure. If the departure time is exceeded by more than 120 minutes, an additional night will be charged. Unless otherwise agreed, arrival is by 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the tenant does not appear on the day of arrival by 9:00 p.m. without prior notice, the contract is deemed to have been terminated after a period of 24 hours without notification to the landlord. The landlord or his representative can then freely dispose of the object. The agreed rent is still due. A (proportional) repayment of the rent due to early departure is generally not made.
