The registry office of the municipality of Greifenstein has set up a wedding room in the five-hundred-year-old bastion "Die Münze" at Greifenstein Castle.The Greifenstein registrar is happy to come to his castle dependency to receive and document your word of consent in a romantic ambience with an open fire.Today's wedding room, the former corner bastion of the castle, looks back on a long historical past. Built by Count Otto zu Solms-Braunfels in 1463 and renovated by the Greifenstein-Verein e. V. in 1978, it is now the ideal room for a very special civil wedding.
