Description

The official starting point is the hikers' car park on the K104 between Rengsdorf and Hardert. Other possible starting points are on the outskirts of Hardert and at the Deichwiesenhof in Bonefeld.

The actual marked circular route (red and white markings) in the Rengsdorf/Hardert area is 2.4 kilometres long. It leads past 6 stations.

From Bonefeld there is a yellow-red marking for an access route. This has a length of a further 3.8 km, whereby the route between stations 2 and 3 runs along the same section of the path. Station 7 is still under construction, station 8 is located at the Deichwiesenhof. The red dwarf trail is also located along the Völkerwiesenbach.

Directions

The "Kleine Wäller Vitalparcours" with a red W on a white background is 2.4 km long and starts at the Obere Mühle hiking car park between Rengsdorf and Hardert. We follow the markings and arrive at Station 1 after just 100 m. From there, we continue past a forest lounger to Station 2, at the Butterpfadhütte. To the right of the hut, the path now leads uphill to station 3, in front of the Scheidchenhütte. Before the hut, we turn right again in the direction of Hardert to station 4 and continue straight ahead to station 5 on the outskirts of Hardert. Before the Wolfstal hiking hut, we turn right one last time to station 6, the last station on this loop. We then walk downhill back to the starting point.
