In the tour planner we inform you under the tab "Current info" about temporary route changes, closures and detours.
Water, forest and green meadows characterize the beautiful RP1 walking trail. It leads us along the Wied for a while into the quiet Masbach valley. After a short climb, we are treated to beautiful views of the climatic health resort of Roßbach and the Himmelberg. We walk along the WesterwaldSteig trail for a while and enjoy the sweeping views of the green hills of the Wiedtal valley. With hiking equipment and a little more time in your luggage, we definitely recommend the loop (extra route!) to the Roßbacher Häubchen. Then head down into the idyllic Membach Valley through Roßbach and past the small St. Michael's Church back to the parking lot.
